METHOD OF MANUFACTURING EMBRYONIC STEM CELL BEING INTRODUCED GENE USING NANO PARTICLES

A method for preparing the transgenic embryonic stem cell by using a nanoparticle is provided to allow gene to be introduced into the embryonic stem cell effectively and conveniently within a short time. A method for preparing the transgenic embryonic stem cell by using a nanoparticle comprises the steps of culturing the embryonic stem cell in a culture container; mixing a nanoparticle solution containing a magnetic nanoparticle and the gene inducing the differentiation of specific cells to prepare the gene mixture containing a nanoparticle-gene conjugate; coating the gene mixture to the culture container; and forming a magnetic field in the vertical direction of the culture container to penetrate the nanoparticle-gene conjugate into the embryonic stem cell.
