A method of dimensional working by arc of monolithic punches by lamellar tool electrode, at which working fluid is forced into the end interelectrode gap under process pressure. Working is performed consecutively and continuously in three stages in different modes lengthwise with removal of working fluid from the end interelectrode gap into the process slots, which are located between the rods of monolithic punch in the lamellar tool electrode. At first stage the working part of punches (10… 30% of their length) is worked in finish low-productive mode, at the second - the mode of working is changed from finish to rough (in this case up to 1% of length of punches is worked), and a the third stage the nonworking part of puncheons (69… 89% of their length) is worked in rough highly productive mode. |
