A process for the preparation of manganese (II) α-diphosphate comprises the use of mechanical mixture melt of monocrystalline substances. The mechanical mixture of NHHPOand КРОwith the corresponding initial ratio (for the achievement of proportion of 1 mole of КО– 2 mole of РО) is mixed in agate mortar to homogeneous state. The obtained mechanical mixture is calcined for 1.5 hours in platinum crucible at the temperature of 700-800 °С, the melt is saturated by manganese (III) oxide to 10-15 % weight, and by the mixing is homogenized for 2-3 hours in interval of the temperatures of 900-950 °С. After that during 24 hours the obtained melt of КО-РО-МnОis recrystallized by the decreasing of the temperature from 950 °С till 800 °С. The obtained monocrystals of α-МnРОare washed out with diluted hydrochloric acid, washed with water, acetone and dried at the room temperature. |
