A facility management method and a system thereof are provided to realize precise management and statistics on real time base through history management and estimation of disuse or introduction. A facility management system includes an ID element attached to a facility, a reader or a device having a PDA and a Reader, or the function thereof together with GPS function, a wireless or wire type net work for the relay thereof and a wireless or wire type transmission network(40) of the site. A server and a database(10) manages information collected from the site and transmits information thereto. |
