A shoe sole and a manufacturing method of shoes having the same are provided, which reduce the cost and time for manufacturing the shoe sole. A manufacturing method of a shoe sole comprises: a step for putting the cushion protrusion material solution into a partition forming groove and a protrusion forming groove(24) of a lower mold; a step for putting the floor material into the floor material receiving groove(12) of the upper mold(10) and making contact with the lower mold; and a step for forming the partition and the hollow cushion protrusion into one body in the upper side of the floor material. |
