CORRECTION METHOD FOR HIGH VOLTAGE GENERATION CORRECTION EQUIMENT

A correcting method is provided to correct high voltage of a voltage source without an expensive measurement instrument by calculating correcting voltage without using a high voltage divider. A sensor is installed in the upper part of a measurement table(S10). Standard voltage is applied at the sensor(S20). The output voltage of the sensor and the standard voltage is gradually measured and a related function between the standard voltage and the output voltage of the sensor is calculated(S30). The correcting voltage is gradually applied at the sensor(S40). The output voltage of the sensor is measured by a measure device(S50). The output voltage of the sensor is fitted for the related function. The high voltage is calculated according to the result(S60).
