A method for providing a stereo function using the Bluetooth is provided to enable a user to listen the vivid music through a stereo system by making two or more terminals in which Bluetooth modules are mounted simultaneously output the same sound. A method for providing a stereo function using the Bluetooth comprises the following steps. An auxiliary terminal requests a sound source from a main terminal(400). The main terminal calculates the time of starting to reproduce the sound source in consideration of the time for buffering the sound source and the time for transmitting the sound source(404), and then transmits the calculated result to the auxiliary terminal(406). The main and auxiliary terminals check the time of starting to reproduce the sound source(408), and then reproduce the sound source at the same time at the reproduction start time(410).
