摘要 |
A circuit for monitoring battery state and a battery device are provided to prevent discharge leak current from flowing through a parasitic diode by connecting a diode with reverse direction to the parasitic diode. A 1NOR circuit(B1) accepts output signals of a first inverter(D1) and overcharging detection signals. The NOR signal of two signals is outputted to the gate terminal of a first output transistor(C1). The first output transistor is an n channel type metal oxide semiconductor transistor. The gate terminal of the first output transistor is connected to the output terminal of the 1NOR circuit. The drain terminal is connected to the cathode terminal of a diode(Do1). The source terminal is connected to VSS1. The diode is for preventing the discharge leak current. The cathode terminal of the diode is connected to the drain terminal of the first output transistor. The anode terminal of the diode is connected to the first transmission terminal(PC1). |
