A ship buoyancy device with an air tube is provided to improve endurance of a buoyancy by removing moisture generating inside and a peeling phenomenon of surface of buoyancy. A ship buoyancy device with an air tube, installed around the edge of a ship comprises an outer cover(4) made of urethane or synthetic fabric series; a interior foam material(5) made of material having a lightweight and superior buoyancy property; an air tube arranged between the interior foam materials; and a pipe channel designed in order to effectively escape gas and water inside in the interior foam material.
