A lens driving motor is provided to prevent foreign material from flowing to a combining portion of a housing and a base by inserting the protrusion of the base inside the housing. A protrusion(115) is formed in the upper side of a base(110). The exterior of the protrusion is formed in order to correspond to the inner surface of the lower part side of a housing(120). The lower end surface of the housing is contacted with the upper side of the base. The upper side of the base and the lower end surface of the housing are contacted. The exterior of the protrusion and the side inner surface of the lower part of the housing are contacted. Therefore, the base and the housing are combined. A gap does not exist in the contact area of the housing and the base. A securing projection(117) is formed in the edge of the upper side of the base. A securing groove for uniting with the securing projection is formed in the edge of the housing. The securing projection and the securing groove bind the base and the housing.
