A hair tonic composition, and a method for preparing the hair tonic composition are provided to prevent the falling out of hair and to promote the hair restoring effect. A hair tonic composition comprises the water which is prepared by making hard water into soft water, reducing it with obsidian and generating hydroxyl ions with tourmaline; the thymus of cow which is leached in the fermentation alcohol for 48 hours, is filtered, is evaporated and is dried; L-arginine; and Thuja orientalis Linne.
