A composition for treating and preventing the GLIOBLASTOMA, a method for screening the therapeutic agent for the glioblastoma, and a biomarker composition for diagnosis are provided to improve the effect inhibiting Wnt5a, thereby treating tumor. A composition for treating and preventing the glioblastoma contains an inhibitor for the expression or action of the Wnt5a protein having the amino acid sequence represented by the sequence number 1 as an active ingredient. Preferably the inhibitor for the expression or action of the Wnt5a protein is the Wnt5a siRNA (short interfering RNA) having the base sequence represented by the sequence number 2, the Wnt5a shRNA (short hairpin RNA) having the base sequence represented by the sequence number 3, or the gene transcribing them.
