A mobile communication terminal including a camera module and a video display method are provided to offer more abundant contents by utilizing a high pixel resolution camera module. The first camera module(110) receives an image of a user, and the second camera module(120) receives an external image. The second camera module has the number of pixels more relatively than the first camera module. An image processing module(130) generates a synthetic image by processing the user's image and external image. A communications module(140) transmits the user image or synthetic image to the other party of a video call or receives an image of the other party. A display module(150) displays the user image received through the first camera module and the image received through the second camera module.
