A process for the preparation of polyurethane composition for protective coating of polyurethane prepared by interaction of 2,4(2,6)-toluylenediisocyanate (TDI) with polyether and polyester. At first a prepolymer (TDI+L-1000) is synthesized as product of interaction of 2,4(2,6)-toluylenediisocyanate and polyether L- ratio of TDI:L-1000=2:1 correspondingly at temperature of 55-60 °С and thorough mixing, in succession catalyst is added, the mixture is brought to homogeneity by stirring, cooled, polyisocyanate is added, thereafter solvent is added. The reaction mixture is homogenized by thorough mixing. |
