An electro luminescence lighting device is provided to implement a thin film by forming each layer in an upper side of the glass substrate by using a silk printing method. A transparent ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) front electrode layer(2) with the thickness of 2 to 8 um is formed on a transparent glass substrate(1) by a silk printing method. A fluorescent layer(3) having the thickness of 5 to 20 um is formed in an upper side of the ITO front electrode layer. The fluorescent layer is dried. A dielectric layer(4) having the thickness of 5 to 20 um is formed in an upper side of the fluorescent layer by the silk printing method. The dielectric layer is dried. The rear electrode layer(5) having the thickness of 5 to 20 um is formed in the upper side of the dielectric layer by the silver paste printing method. The rear electrode layer is dried. An insulating layer having the thickness of 5 to 20 um is formed in the upper side of the rear electrode. The insulating layer is dried. |
