A sole of shoes, a mold for the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which a hollow cushion protrusion continuously enables shock absorption and restoration. A sole of shoes integrally formed with an outsole comprises: a hollow cushion protrusion(160) protruded in the upper side of the bottom material; a hollow(162) formed inside the hollow cushion protrusion; and an outsole(100) which continuously performs the compressive strain by the external force and restoring operation by the pneumatic pressure of the air shut tightly in the hollow. |
