A manufacturing method of a material wood floor for the Korean under-floor heating system is provided not to generate deformation such as cracking, twist and bending although the Korean under-floor heating system is used and not to divide a superficial layer and an intermediate layer because the material wood floor for the Korean under-floor heating system is manufactured by wood and not by wood dust or bimetal. A manufacturing method of a material wood floor for the Korean under-floor heating system comprises steps of: (S101) drying the material wood panel in atmosphere to a percentage of water content of 15 to 30%; (S103) dipping the material wood panel passing through the first drying process inside a tank in which a basic liquid is charged and softens organization; (S105) which putting the material wood panel passing through the annealing process in a vacuum pressure tank and injecting and neutralizing a low acid liquid; (S107) repeating humidification and ventilation the material wood panel passing through the neutralization processing process in the drying room which is maintained by 60 to 90°C the percentage of water content of 8 to 12% and finally drying the material wood panel; and (S109) cutting the material wood panel passing through the second drying process into a floor board size. |
