A liquid crystal display is provided to modify data on EDID part without separating the EDID part by equipping IIC communication unit on high voltage stress circuit part. An LCD panel(3000) indicates image. A time controller(2300) operates the LCD panel. The EDID(Extended Display Identification Data) part(2400) controls the time controller. A high voltage stress circuit part(2500) tests the LCD panel by applying the high voltage to the time controller. Data is connected to the EDID part in order to modify data of the EDID part. The LCD panel comprises the thin film transistor substrate, and the color filter substrate, corresponding to the thin film transistor substrate and thin film transistor substrate and the liquid crystal layer injected between the color filter substrate.
