Method for development of coal flat-lying thin and medium thickness seams longwall system of development includes implementation of development workings with forwarding production face with coal and rock faces with respective displacement of those along the axis of the working and separate extraction of coal and rock, extraction of coal in production face with cuts with direct motion, placement of rock in worked-out space. At that preliminarily on basis of geological survey one determines criterion of stability of the walls of development working by dependence К = Н m/R,where К– criterion of stability of the walls of development working, MNm;Н– depth of bedding of coal seam, m;m – power of coal seam being extracted, m;R – strength limit of coal at uniaxial compression, MN/m.Extraction of coal and rock at penetration of development working on sections where К 50, is performed with value of displacement of coal and rock faces not more that depth of cut, and at sections where К > 50, extraction of coal and rock is performed with value of displacement of coal and rock faces not smaller than value of forwarding with development working of production face, at that extraction of coal in production face is carried out synchronously with penetration of development working with cyclic propagation of production and development faces. Implementation of the method proposed provides for decrease of pressing off coal seam in walls of development working, this provides for keeping its designed dimensions in cross section. |
