Development machine with drilling rig characterized by fact that on its body (1) frame (2) is fixed, this is arranged with guides (6). On the frame (2) platform (4) is installed, with pads (7) placed with surrounding guides of frame (6). Platform (4) is installed with possibility of displacement with respect to frame (2) by means of drive mechanism arranged as hydro-jack (3) placed inside frame (2). One end of hydro-jack (3) is connected to frame (2), and the other end is connected to platform (4). On the platform (4) with possibility of turn turret (8) is installed. Drilling rig (12) is fixed on the turret. The invention provides stationary placement of drilling rig on combine at possibility of its displacement to working zone located in vicinity of face of the pit, possibility of turn of drilling rig for ring drilling of wells and its displacement from working zone at implementation of operations on penetration, this makes it possible to exclude its mounting and dismantling at implementation of operations on drilling; possibility of placement of servicing personnel near the drilling rig at implementation of mounting-dismantling of drill mill.
