A technique for the adaptive reconstructive surgery comprises the excision of the autodermograft followed by its tangential splitting. The areas of the open derma of the autodermograft are covered with the isolating substance. Then onto the granulating wound surfaces and the isolated autodermograft, catgut filaments are placed linearly with 3-4 mm intervals. |
