A streetlight having oneself luminous function capable of setting up ballast on hanger included in bracket is provided to display a state for ballast and light by arranging LED in outer circumference of light post. A streetlight having oneself luminous function capable of setting up ballast on hanger comprises a supporter(10), a bracket(20), and a luminescent body(30). The supporter includes an accommodation case(11), two moving parts(12), a shove member(13), and a fixing member(14). The bracket includes two holding fixtures(22), and is attached in inner circumference of light post. The luminescent body is arranged in outer circumference of the light post.
