Disclosed is a polyester resin composition composed of a polyester block copolymer (A), a polyfunctional epoxy compound (B) and a polycarbodiimide compound (C). The polyester block copolymer (A) is obtained by a reaction among a crystalline aromatic polyester (a1), a lactone (a2), and if necessary, at least one compound (a3) selected from polycarboxylic acids, polyols and their ester-forming derivatives, in the presence of an acidic phosphate and a tin compound. This polyester resin composition is especially excellent in recycling property (or heat cycle resistance), and is thus useful for blow molding.
