A roll body transfer system is provided to perform the transfer and mounting of roll body such as disk roll smooth by balancing two core supports with a load corresponding to the weight of the roll body when picking up the roll body. A roll body transfer system comprises a roll body(100) having a core(110) in the center, wherein the core protrudes from both sides of the roll body, and a transfer mounting device for performing the transfer and mounting of roll body with a supporting device. The transfer mounting device comprises two core receiving portions(11-1,11-2) for receiving the protruding part of the core, two lifers(12-1,12-2) which individually raise the core receiving portions, two load detection units for detecting the load acting on the two core receiving portions, and a control unit which receives the detected load and individually controls the elevation of the lifers.
