A product stolen preventing apparatus including RFID device for preventing interference on an antenna of the RFID device and a sensor is provided to perform a product stolen preventing function and to prevent malfunction without reducing sensing distance. An upper tag(11) forms integrally a mounting member(11b) on which a locking apparatus(11a) is mounted. A bottom side tag(12) is assembled with the upper tag. A detection sensor(20) senses whether the product inside the bottom tag and upper tag is stolen. An antenna(30) is adhered on the bottom of the bottom side tag in the longitudinal direction. A transmission controller(40) is combined with an antenna. The identical information of the stored product is transmitted to a reader of the RFID device through the antenna. A detection sensor is formed about the antenna.
