An eye cataplasma and an eye spray are provided to prevent drowsiness by relieving the fatigue of the muscle cell and nerve cell of eye. An eye cataplasma comprises a heating drug layer(12) which comprises the nonwoven, texture or cotton coated with a first mixture aqueous solution comprising menthol, vitamin E1, aroma and aloe; a gauze(11) which is laminated at the lower part of the heating drug layer to prevent the falling down of the first mixture aqueous solution; a shielding layer(13) which is laminated at the upper prat of the heating drug layer to prevent the spreading of the first mixture aqueous solution; and a cleaning drug layer(14) which is laminated at the upper part of the shielding layer and comprises the nonwoven, texture or cotton coated with a second mixture aqueous solution comprising menthol and povidol.
