A method for preparing the artificial deep sea water, and the artificial deep sea water prepared by the method are provided to make the artificial deep sea water without using chemicals. A method for preparing the artificial deep sea water comprises the steps of providing a mineral source target; providing the treatment water; and irradiating laser to the mineral source target to form the mineral plasma, thereby allowing the mineral plasma to be present in the treatment water.
