A manufacturing method of high strength parts is provided to improve productivity and workability and obtain parts with high strength through a method of improving strength of the formed parts after forming parts made of steel products into predetermined shape, and the high strength parts manufactured by the manufacturing method are provided. A manufacturing method of a high strength part comprises: a step(S1) of processing a steel product with a first tensile strength into a first member with a predetermined completed part shape; a step(S2) of nitriding the first member in a salt bath comprising non-cyan based nitrate to form a second member with a second tensile strength higher than the first tensile strength; a step(S3) of removing oxide scale from the surface of the second member to form a third member; and a step(S4) of welding or painting the third member.
