A sensibility message service offer method and a system thereof in a mobile radio communications network are provided to analyze a message and to confirm the user age and sex of the text message received from subscriber. A sensibility message server receives an SMS message from an SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(S301). The sensibility message server receives the SMS message including the identifier of a received terminal and an originating mobile. The sex and age of the originator are confirmed as the sensibility message server by using the identifier of the originating mobile(S303). The sensibility message server extracts a mood state and feeling intensity information of the SMS message(S307). The sensibility message server grasps whether the anniversary word is included in the SMS message(S309). The SMS message received from SMSC is prepared(S313).
