METHOD FOR ASSESSING EFFECTS OF DENTISTRY MATERIALS ON STATE OF TISSUES IN PROSTHETIC BED

A method for assessing the effects of the dentistry materials on the state of the tissues in the prosthetic bed comprises the use of the luminescent bacteria Photobacterium leiognathi added to the aqueous wash from the oral cavity. When bioluminescence index is within 95-105%, the state of the tissues in the oral cavity is unchanged. When bioluminescence index is above 105%, the inflammatory reaction is evident. When bioluminescence index is below 90%, the additional sanitization effects of the dentistry materials are suggested.
