<p>A traffic predicting system is provided to induce a user drive a car within the regular speed by informing the driver of accident rate. A velocity measuring unit measures the velocity and sends the measured data to a micro processor. If the vehicles setting up the terminal(10) starts operation, it reads speed from the velocity of car system and it converts this into the electric signal and the velocity measurement portion sends to the microprocessor. A position detection part sends the location information to the microprocessor. The vehicle position information and speed information data received in the wireless transceiver of the center control(20) are sent to the central processing unit. The distinguishing location part calculates the location of the over speeding vehicle.</p> |
