TIN OXIDE POWDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

A manufacturing method of tin oxide powder is provided to simplify a particle size of tin metal when the tin metal and nitric acid are reacted and to have the tin oxide powder of which particle size is small, a particle size distribution is uniform and a specific surface area of particle is broad. A manufacturing method of tin oxide powder comprises steps of: forming precipitates by injecting multiple tin metals(30) having a ball form into an aqueous nitric acid solution(10) and mixing the multiple tin metals using a ball for mixing; collecting the precipitates; neutralizing the collected tin deposit; drying the neutralized precipitate; and incinerating the dried precipitate. The ball for mixing is a zirconia ball(20).
