A method for raising butter-fat yielding capacity of cows and digestability of essential nutrient substances by ruminant animals includes separate feeding liquid molasses, boltings and natural mineral additives in the composition of a ration. The molasses is fed in the composition of a complex concentrate-carbohydrate-mineral additive in the free-running aggregate state in the following ratio of components wt. %: molasses - 25-35; boltings - 61-68; natural mineral additives – 4.0-7.0.
