A manufacturing method of a door frame for a vehicle is provided to reduce the process time, increase the rate of operation, and prevent quality distribution of the door frame by performing a bending process and a punching process of the door frame at the same time. A manufacturing method of a door frame(2) for a vehicle comprises: a bending die(10) for bending the door frame; a pierce punch(20) processing a hole in the door frame placed on the bending die; a pierce punch retainer(22) supporting the pierce punch; a stripper(30) slidably inserted onto the pierce punch; a stripper spring(32) disposed between the stripper and the pierce punch retainer to allow the stripper to pressure the door frame; and a pierce punch operating unit(40) moving the pierce punch retainer forward and backward relative to the bending die while rotating the pierce punch retainer.
