A system and a method for marking a manufacture article to discriminate products and a computer program product thereof by using supplement identifier is provided to distinguish the products correctly about at least one side of the products and to modify the defects by the sub-identifier. A method for marking a manufacture article to discriminate products by using a sub-identifier comprises the following steps of: marking the product as a first identifier(302); determining the renewal of the products(304); and marking the product as the sub-identifier if an operator determines the renewal of the products.
