The exchanger (1) has collecting boxes communicated with rectangular parallelepiped fluid circulation elements (3) connected together by junction flanges (5), where the flanges have main fluid conduits provided with fluid inlet and outlet orifices. The elements are subdivided into different junction conduits or upstream chambers. Fluid is injected in one of the upstream chambers via a longitudinal tube that traverses an extended end surface. The tube is partially formed by aligning transversal holes that are respectively arranged in the elements situated between the surface and the chamber.
