The screw-cap opener has size independent angle collets and ratchet mechanism, which have interaction between hold and support units. A spring system is provided to eliminate eccentric effect during operation of the screw-cap opener. The inside of the movable handle leaf spring stretches on the ratchet and the other units exert pressure to open the cap.
