The method involves forming a front side of a display unit (8) by a transparent photodiode matrix (9), where a photodiode is made from an organic material. An aiming device (7) is provided for sending a unidirectional ray of light for aiming at one point of the display unit. The photodiode is transparent in an area of visible light. The photodiode has signal sensitivity under an infrared range. An independent claim is also included for a display and detection unit.
