The valve (1) has a body (2) defining a polygonal shaped conduit (3) in which a polygonal shaped shutter (4) is mounted to pivot around a pivoting axle (5) transversal to the conduit between a closing position of the conduit and a disengagement position of the conduit, where the shutter is in form of disk. The body has thrust collars (13.1, 13.2) extending in the conduit for forming a support surface for one of two peripheral portions (6.1, 6.2) of the shutter in the closing position, where the portion is provided with a sealed element (7) having height decreasable towards the pivoting axle.
