The collector has a photovoltaic laminate (1), and a transparent insulation body that is arranged on the laminate. A heat exchanger panel is arranged below the laminate provided with a plastic encapsulation, and an insulation layer is arranged below the panel. A roof fastening structure includes a covering frame (7), an outer frame (7.1), an intermediate frame (7.2) and a collector frame (8) fastened to a roof batten. The frames (7, 7.1, 7.2) have a bar assembly that is inserted into a circulating slot guidance of the collector frame in an accurately-fitting manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a hybrid collector.
