With a differential feed line 103c, slot resonators 601 and 605 with open both ends, each of whose slot length during operation is set to a ½ effective wavelength is allowed to operate, and slot resonators which are excited out-of-phase and with an equal amplitude are allowed to appear within the circuit. Thus, positioning condition of the open-end points of the selective radiation portions 601b and 601c, 603b, 603c, 605b, 605c, 607b, and 607c in the respective slot structures is dynamically switched.
