The tools of the invention are involved with a deflecting drill tool and level drill tool. The deflecting drill tool consists of a deflecting rotary assembly, flexible drill pipe, directional follow-up tube, tail tube for deflecting drill tool, and drill pipe nipple joints; The level tool consists of a level rotary assembly, the flexible drill pipe, quick couplings, the directional follow-up tube, a tail tube for level drill tool, the drill pipe nipple joint, an adjusting nipple joint, a recessed left hand thread bushing, and convex left hand thread coupling and characterized in that: a triangle backing block is installed on outside of a casing of the deflecting rotary assembly. Rear end of the deflecting rotary assembly is connected with the flexible drill pipe by means of nuts. This invention is featured level drilling under ultra-short radius with more accurate drilling, more convenient service and easier assembling. It is not only time and labor saving but also easy and convenient in service when the invention is adopted. The invention can be applied in fields of oil extraction, gas and running water.
