The beverage comprises mixture of vegetable and animal fats/oils (= 35 volume/volume% or weight/volume%), lactic acid (1.4 volume/volume% or weight/volume%), protein, free ketonic amino acids, and carbohydrate (1.7 weight/volume% or weight/weight%). The lactic acid exists in D-form and L-form (a rotation to the right or a rotation to the left). The L(+)-lactic acid exists in a higher concentration than the D(-)-lactic acid. The vegetable oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids. The beverage is non-alcoholic, alcoholic or isotonic. The protein consists of 81-100% of ketonic amino acids. |
