A floor consisting of floor elements (5, 6) placed on a base surface (1) between which floor elements (5, 6) and which base surface (1) an elastic layer (2) is present, which is provided with an adhesive layer (3) on at least one side thereof, wherein the composition of the adhesive of the adhesive layer (3) is such that a self-adhesive effect is obtained after placement of the floor elements (5, 6), so that hardly any residual adhesive will remain behind on the floor elements (5, 6), if at all, after removal of the floor elements (5, 6) from the elastic layer (3). The invention further relates to a method for laying such a floor, and to the elastic intermediate layer (3) that may be used with this method. The invention also relates to a wall covering and to a method for installing such a wall covering. |
