<p>A load-bearing prefabricated module with two sanitary cells and residentially servicing devices is intended to make execution easier and to make purchase, transport, mounting and installation of the module with two sanitary rooms into a residential building cheaper. The module has also a supporting property within a residential or related building, enabling to transfer storey loads to itself, or it is a self-bearing one. The walls of the module's steel frame are filled with lightweight materials and, consequently, the module is lighter till the phase of installation than standard- execution bathrooms. A single-room module can be executed, because a partition in a two- room module is also a non-loadbearing one and can be removed. The module achieves its required stiffness by linking vertical beams (1) of two modules with an intermediate tubular insert (3) and filling this linkage with reinforced concrete (2) in the vertical direction. The connection of two parallel modules via a passage is executed as a connection between the module and the storey floor. During maintenance and mounting, the modules must have reliable and easy-to-access connections to all installations (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16) between the two modules. Installations are laid and interconnected on the exterior side of the module in boxes with noise-proof doors. On the exterior side of the module along the passage, there are also measuring instruments: electric meter, water meter, gas meter (14). The mounting is carried out so that the crane brings the module to the prepared strip foundations, where pipe and conductor entries and exits to and from all exterior module's connections are executed. After this mounting of foundation modules, the upper module is added and pipes and conductors (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16) are connected to the higher storey module.</p> |
