<p>A method and device for route convergence in communication field are disclosed. Said method includes: obtain in advance the priority of each route; update route table and forward information database from high priority to low priority for each route. Said device includes: a priority-obtaining module, which is used for obtaining the priority of each route; a route-processing module, which is used for processing route from high priority to low priority. By setting different priority for different route and processing route according to priority in route convergence, the performance of route convergence is improved and the stream of important service is protected un-losing.</p> |
