A processing method of a burner which made of aluminum is provided to use in the state of minimally reduce the weight by using aluminum as a material. A processing method of the burner head aluminum to material comprises a first process of cutting the round rod consisting of the aluminium(Al) in which becomes the main materials of the burner head in the fixed size; a second process of dispatching to the forging press and being press formed the heated cut bosom as described above by using furnace to heat the cutting product passing through the first process; a third process of smoothly processing the first moldings in which molding is made through the second process by using the trimming press; a fourth process of in order to make strong the surface of the moldings passing through the third process, performing the task which hardens the surface in the shot machine for 15 minutes; a fifth process of forming the processing products of the burner head; and a sixth process of drying naturally the ceramic coating in the surface of the machining water after performance in order to prevent the corrosion in the surface of the processing products in which the shape of the burner head is completed while passing through the fifth process.
