A molding method of a ball-stud for stabilizer link is provided to reduce the turnaround time and processing cycle time of cutting made after the cold forging of a ball-stud material. A molding method of a ball-stud for stabilizer link, in which arranges a ball-stud material(10) on a dice(20) to shape a head part(11), a neck part(12), a flange(13) and an axis part(14) and strikes a punch(40) to the upper side of the head part, comprises a step of arranging the ball-stud material from the axis part to the upper part of the flange on the dice, a step of arranging a plurality of division molds for molding the neck part on the upper side of the dice, a step of striking a punch to the head part of the ball-stud material and the division molds and molding the respective shapes of the flange and neck part, and a step of separating the punch and division molds from the dice and drawing out the molded ball-stud from the dice. |
