An anti-freezing water meter is provided to simplify the manufacturing process since the elastic sheet is formed on the bottom surface of the register in one body and the elastic pad is formed on the bottom surface of the impeller housing in one body. An anti-freezing water meter comprises a casing(10) in which a water inlet(11) and a water outlet(12) are formed, a binding cap(20) in which a lid(21) opened and closed is mounted and which is combined on the top of the casing, an elastic sheet(40) placed on the bottom of a board(31) of a register(30), an impeller housing(50) in which an impeller(51) is mounted and which is built in the casing in order to be placed beneath the elastic sheet, and an elastic pad(60) which is placed on the bottom of the impeller housing to adhere closely onto the bottom of the casing, wherein a plurality of protrusions(61) and grooves(62) are formed for buffering effect. |
