<p>The invention relates to a bolt housing provided with a bolt. The bolt is located in a bolt module which is mounted movably in the bolt housing. The bolt has a tapered end, and the bolt can rotate in the bolt module. According to a preferred embodiment, the bolt module can be blocked. This can be done trivially by blocking the movement of the bolt module, but also by blocking the bolt. The bolt of a bolt housing according to the invention can be used as a dead bolt. The bolt can also be used to ensure that the dead bolt remains operable. The invention also relates to a method for mounting a bolt housing comprising a dead bolt.</p> |
